1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website hidrelectronics.com and the services provided by HIDR, LLC ("HIDR Electronics," "we," "us," or "our"). 2. Our Services

HIDR Electronics provides marine electronics sales, installation, service, and repair, primarily serving the Lake Norman area. We are an NMEA 2000 certified and factory-authorized dealer and installer for the brands we sell.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Scheduling

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes, additional parts or labor are required, or conditions differ from those described. We will communicate any material change before proceeding. Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, prior jobs, parts availability, and other factors outside our control.

Certain appointments may require a booking deposit or diagnostic fee, which will be disclosed at the time of scheduling and applied toward the cost of work performed.

4. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or as otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods indicated at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection and associated costs to the extent permitted by law.

5. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to the products we sell and install in accordance with each manufacturer's terms. As a factory-authorized dealer, we facilitate warranty service for eligible products we have supplied.

Warranty coverage on hardware applies only to equipment supplied by HIDR Electronics. HIDR Electronics does not warrant the hardware or defects of customer-supplied equipment; our workmanship warranty covers installation labor only.

Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is," and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your vessel, accurate information about your equipment and needs, and timely responses to scheduling and approval requests. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to authorize work on the vessel.

7. Text Messaging Program
