Mobile Service Area
Lake Norman and Surrounding Lakes

SERVICE AREA, TRAVEL FEES & LABOR Mobile service is available within a two-hour drive of our office in ZIP 28164. Travel fees are based on the boat’s location. No travel fee applies within 20 miles of our office. Beyond 20 miles, installation projects have a $75 travel fee for each day we work on-site. An on-site project review or estimate has a $75 travel fee; if you choose HIDR for that project, that $75 is credited toward the project. Diagnostic work has a one-hour minimum labor charge of $175, plus a $75 travel fee for the initial visit beyond 20 miles. Repair and installation labor is charged separately, with a one-hour minimum of $175.
